Seminar Description:
This course dives into the comprehensive development plan for the Jack Trice Stadium North End Zone (NEZ), Gateway Bridge, renovation of Bergstrom Football Facility and new Stark Performance Center Facility. You'll explore the stadium's history and new master planning efforts, the client's vision for the entire site, and the intricacies involved in bringing the project to life. The course will cover construction phasing and campus integration, structural system coordination, and landscape, civil, and AV coordination.
