U.S. General Services Administration Region 6 IDIQ Contract

Since March 15, 2007, Substance Architecture has held an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Region 6 covering a wide variety of interior and exterior improvements. These projects, to date more than 120 separate contracts, range from addressing deferred maintenance and high efficiency mechanical systems upgrades, to individual tenant interior remodels, historic restoration and rehabilitation work, and a study to provide the GSA with comprehensive tenant interior finish standards.
