The Fryar Private Wealth project transforms a 7,800-square-foot shell space in the Oaks on Grand building into a sophisticated, highly functional office environment that blends elegance with efficiency. Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, the space maximizes natural light and offers expansive views, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the office.

At the center of the design is a spacious reception and hospitality area, welcoming clients with warmth and refinement. The hospitality bar, which includes a fully equipped kitchenette, serves coffee, beverages, and catering for client meetings and intimate events. Three client-focused conference rooms are conveniently located nearby, ensuring a seamless transition from hospitality to meetings for a smooth client experience.

The office layout is thoughtfully designed to support both privacy and collaboration. It includes thirteen private offices, each with abundant natural light and connections to the outdoors. Additional spaces, such as an employee break room, a dedicated workroom, and essential support areas, are included to optimize daily operations. A large, centrally located open office area is also incorporated to accommodate future growth, ensuring long-term flexibility for the expanding wealth management firm.
