Substance Presents ISU Stark Performance Center at 2024 AIA Procrastinator's Ball

Last week Substance Architecture presented the Iowa State University Stark Performance Center and Jack Trice North End Zone Complex at the AIA Iowa Procrastinator's Ball. We would like to thank Snyder & Associates, Inc., Raker Rhodes Engineering, LLC, MODUS Engineering, NV5, C-Wise, and Neumann Brothers for joining us on stage and for sharing their experience and expertise. Also a big thank you to the Iowa State University Athletics Department for letting us borrow their space for the day. And thanks again to all that attended as well!

The course provided an in-depth exploration of the development plan for the Jack Trice Stadium North End Zone, Gateway Bridge, Bergstrom Football Facility renovation, and Stark Performance Center Facility. Participants delved into the stadium's historical context, the client's vision, and project intricacies. Key topics included construction phasing, campus integration, structural and MEPT coordination. The session provided valuable knowledge for those interested in the intricate process of sports facility development..
